MEET OUR FOUNDERS
The Success Collaborative is led by Tara and Rabb Roberts, a husband and wife team united by a shared passion for building stronger communities and supporting lasting health transformation. Together, they combine complementary strengths in leadership, organizational development, technology, strategic planning, operations, and community engagement to create an organization grounded in compassion, integrity, and collaboration.
Tara's dedication to administrative excellence, program organization, participant experience, combined with Rabb's vision for innovation, branding, technology, and partnership development, allows The Success Collaborative to blend thoughtful planning with purposeful action. They are committed to extending the circle of care beyond the clinical setting by building meaningful relationships, empowering individuals through education and peer support, and fostering partnerships that strengthen long-term success for the communities they serve.
